Koji Kollective offers a refund or replacement for items that are damaged or have issues.
We kindly request that you monitor the tracking information during shipping and carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. It is important to note that we will not assume responsibility for any breakages occurring after the order has been delivered in good condition or damages during shipping reported more than 14 days after the items have been delivered.
If you discover any faults with the item, please reach out to us at kojikollective@gmail.com. We will promptly assess the order and inform you whether the refund or replacement has been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
In the case of an approved replacement, we will dispatch it as soon as possible.
